Sarah has risen to the top of the culinary world. Her innovative cooking style showcases fresh, local produce combined with her signature flavours for simplicity and elegance.
Sarah’s classical cooking skills were honed from her studies at Le Cordon Bleu, and further evolved through extensive travels across India, where she developed her unique cooking style.
Since her debut on MasterChef Australia, Sarah has grown to become one the most renowned and exciting names in the Indian food scene, opening her first restaurant Antares Restaurant & Beach Club in 2014, where after she returned to Australian screens for a six-part series called My Restaurant in India, airing in 156 countries worldwide.
Sarah didn’t stop there, publishing her first cookbook The Healthy Model Cookbook and going on to open her second restaurant in India, The Wine Rack.
In 2020 Sarah was invited an official chef for the Australian Open in the AO Chefs Series, hosting a fine dining restaurant that was featured in a 5-part series called Perfect Serve.
With nine TV shows under her belt, Sarah is set to take on her dream role as a host of Farm to Fork, a 90 episode series, along with her second cookbook Everyday Indian releasing early 2021.
Sarah is now in demand as an international chef, restaurateur, TV host, speaker and entrepreneur. She has a strong digital influence across her social platforms with a reach of over one million. This influence has seen her collaborate with internationally renowned chefs including Heston Blumenthal, Marco Pierre White, George Calombaris and Ranveer Brar as well as lifestyle and food brands such as Mercedes Benz, Lexus, Grey Goose, Lavazza and Hugo Boss. As a former high fashion model, Sarah has also worked with some of the world’s most recognisable fashion brands including Gucci, Hugo Boss, Pantene and Seafolly. Sarah has appeared at many prestigious events as a keynote speaker including the Economic Times Global Summit alongside the Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi and the Hindustan Times Leadership Summit with the internationally renowned chef Heston Blumenthal. Sarah rounded out 2019 as host of Western Australia’s premier food festival, The Gourmet Escape.
Sarah’s biggest achievement is her beautiful 9-year-old son Phoenix who loves to join her in the kitchen in their Melbourne home and is a junior MasterChef in the making!
